The OKC Streetcar is for everyone.

Accessibility

Our streetcar vehicles are level with platforms, allowing quick access for wheeled mobility devices such as bicycles, strollers, wheelchairs, scooters and personal shopping carts.

We are equipped with audio announcements, digital boards, visual aids such as Braille, and designated seating for individuals with disabilities, make the streetcar accessible for all.

ADA & Title VI

In compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, it is the policy of EMBARK that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in any program, service or activity on the grounds of race, color, national origin or disability. To help ensure access to our programs, services and activities, EMBARK reasonably: provides language translation and interpretation for limited English proficiency individuals; modifies policies and procedures; and provides auxiliary aids, services and/or alternative formats to persons with disabilities.

During snow and/or ice storms, we will be working to clear all platforms so those using a mobility device can safely access the streetcar and to/from the adjacent sidewalk.
